3.3. TL Mabuhay may request additional supporting documents or verification before final enrollment confirmation.

4. Payments and Fees

4.1. Service rates are based on active branch tariffs and are subject to updates.

4.2. Promotional rates, if available, apply only within their stated effectivity period.

4.3. Online payment transactions are processed through authorized third-party payment providers.

4.4. For cashier payments, branch confirmation procedures and cutoff schedules apply.

5. Scheduling, Attendance, and Completion

5.1. Training schedules are subject to branch capacity, instructor availability, and operational constraints.

5.2. Learners are expected to comply with attendance and documentary requirements.

5.3. Completion certificates and related records are released in accordance with branch and regulatory procedures.

6. Acceptable Use

6.1. You agree to use the Platform only for lawful and legitimate enrollment-related purposes.

6.2. Prohibited activities include:

• Submitting false or misleading information
• Attempting to bypass security controls
• Uploading malicious software or harmful content
• Interfering with platform operations or user access
• Using the Platform in violation of law, policy, or public safety rules

7. Privacy and Data Processing
